I am an omnivore and have lots of experience cooking meat-based and vegetarian dishes (I was vegetarian for awhile, and I generally prefer to use local and organic ingredients). Several friends for whom I cook are vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free. My camp at Burn in the Forest gifted many types of baked goods, including vegan and gluten-free goods, to our fellow Burners. Cooking freezer/bulk meals for lunches/dinners that are healthy and tasty is something I am good at and would enjoy sharing with others. I do not have a gluten-free kitchen, so my cooking is geared more toward gluten sensitivity than extreme allergies. I am not a professional chef or baker (hobbyist only).
